Dr. Kentley Dean was born and raised in Hope Mills, NC. She graduated from NCSU School of Veterinary Medicine in 2017 and returned home to work at Southern Oaks Animal Hospital.
Dr. Kentley Dean enjoys both small animal and equine practice. She works in a mixed practice seeing a variety of animals to include equine. She breeds and shows Arabian Horses all over the country with multiple national champions over the years. In her free time, she enjoys riding and spending time with the mares and foals at her barn; as well as the two family boxers, Karma and Ziva. She also loves her cat, Henle.
